As our founding Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in shaping our sales strategy and establishing our market presence from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of something big, right from the start.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re looking for a sales leader who can drive our efforts to rapidly expand and grow our business. You will work closely with our founding team, leveraging your experience and connections to make a significant impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>You Will:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and implement effective sales strategies, drawing on prior experience in the healthcare technology sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage with industry professionals by attending conferences, performing inside sales, and building strong relationships with in-clinic decision-makers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with the founding team to create scalable sales processes that will drive rapid user adoption and sustainable growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within a high-growth company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for building rapport and closing deals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A relentless drive and work ethic, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong connections within the LA veterinary community are a significant advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Perks:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Equity: You&#8217;ll receive equity option grants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PTO: Enjoy unlimited paid time off.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health Benefits: Full health benefits are provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Competitive Cash Comp: OTE range of $130,000 to $175,000 in year 1 and $165,000 to $210,000 in year 2.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This role offers a rare opportunity to join a stealth startup in its foundational stage.
